Coach then hits The Training Ground with Coach Carl Francazio. Coach Francazio is the Former Boys Youth Director and Travel Coach for Pacesetter Soccer Club and Current Youth Director and Travel Coach for Fredericksburg FC and Assistant Coach for Girls Soccer at the University of Mary Washington. This summer he’ll be coaching for his local CCL Pro 23 squads as well. You can also catch Carl and his brother Derek Francazio on the End2End Podcast, a podcast that covers professional club soccer primarily in Europe. Coach Gough and Coach Francazio discussed the importance of getting younger kids into watching professional soccer on TV and offered up tips on how to get them engaged better off the pitch.
