Cincinnati Soccer Talk is a podcast and website devoted to soccer coverage in the queen city with a focus on FC Cincinnati. FCC began play in the Spring of 2016 at the University of Cincinnati’s newly renovated Nippert Stadium. CST began just before that in anticipation. In May 2018, FC Cincinnati officially joined Major League Soccer and now plays matches at TQL Stadium in the West End. We have covered each and every match and we hope you find our website a great resource. CST is fan ran and supported and is a voice otherwise missing in many sports markets. Win, lose or draw, we aim to keep you updated and informed. You can also find us on our social media platform of choice, including our official twitter page @CincySoccerTalk and check out our weekly live show Monday Night at 9 P.M.
Why a website covering FC Cincinnati Soccer?
The original idea for the website was to simply host episodes of our podcast Cincinnati Soccer Talk. The podcast was created because there needs to be a show completely dedicated to fans of FC Cincinnati soccer. Then after a few weeks, it became very apparent that this website also needs written content as well. Traditional media in the past did not give Cincinnati soccer the attention it absolutely deserved. Even after FC Cincinnati won their first trophy, they received 4 paragraphs on the back pages of the Sports section. Cincinnati Soccer Talk pledges to give 100% attention to local soccer.
