The biggest mover from the last poll is none other than Louisville City FC, gaining 17 points from our panel. The biggest losers in this iteration is none other than our home town team FC Cincinnati and the Charleston Battery, both lost 11 points from the previous poll, with Charleston dropping so many points it created a new number one in the poll.
