[powerpress] Well done Cincinnati! 23K showed up to watch FC Cincinnati knock off those pesky Riverhounds from Pittsburgh. It wasn’t the prettiest performance but defensively it was stellar. Harrison Delbridge, Paul Nicholson and Mitch Hildebrandt all contributed to the first clean sheet in team history. Now the club faces another busy week as they’ve got two matches to prepare for.

On This Episode

We welcome Bill Wolf to the podcast this week. We also recap the win for the orange and blue this weekend. Something we’ve noticed already, FC Cincinnati will be receiving everyone’s best shot this year. Despite the tumultuous week in Pittsburgh, they came out and played FC Cincinnati well.

We were visited this week by Jeff Smith, the VP for Ticketing and Sales for FC Cincinnati. Jeff discusses the movement that’s taking place with soccer in this community and region.

We also look ahead to Wednesday night’s Open Cup match as FC Cincinnati plays host to Indy Eleven NPSL. FCC will then close out the week by traveling down to Charlotte for leg 2 of the Queen City Cup.
