FC Cincinnati has lived and died by the lower goal differential in the past. Although the team had tight margins, the Orange & Blue had often finished with the three points.
This season, the West seems to have their own situation where a low-differential team is lurking toward the top of the table, and they sport their own shade of orange.
Cincinnati travel to Houston to take on the Dynamo and face their final Western Conference foe for the year. True, the Dynamo offense has been relatively sparse compared to other teams, sporting a +4 differential. However, the defense has kept the door shut. Houston has 11 clean sheets this season, tied for second with Nashville.
