FCC Owner Lindner III Encourages Big Attendance this Week!

NIppert
FC Cincinnati owner Carl Lindner III released a letter to the fanbase on Tuesday through the club’s social media. In the letter below, Lindner offered his thanks for supporting FCC at the Crystal Palace match where 35,061 fans packed into Nippert Stadium.

Lindner’s letter comes with a request that fans join the Orange & Blue at Nippert on Wednesday vs. NYRB II and Saturday vs. LouCity. These two matches can make a huge impact in FC Cincinnati’s playoff race as Harkes’ squad takes on the first and second place teams in the USL Eastern Conference.

Wednesday night’s contest is being billed as “Ladies Night” where the first 500 ladies will receive a “swag bag” from Cincy Chic. Saturday’s match is the third and final match of the River Cities Derby/Dirty River Derby. The club encourages all fans to “White Out” against Louisville.

While attendance is important this week, I believe that Lindner’s comments about championships and hosting a playoff game is the most important topic listed. At the end of the day, people will remember championships and not how many times FC Cincinnati had over 10K fans. This letter shows the FO is maturing and understands that WINNING is the #1 priority. Now as fans, we need to show up in force to provide the best atmosphere to support the players on the field. We can all be proud of what has been accomplished, but this week is another opportunity to prove that we are the HOTTEST club in the US.

Check out the letter below and leave your thoughts in the comments section.
