FC Cincinnati heads to Bradenton, Florida for the third time to gear up for the 2018 season. Cincinnati will not participate in an official tournament like they did in 2016. This preseason will follow a similar path as last 2017 with two friendly matches scheduled. Cincinnati Soccer Talk will be on location for each match and will keep the fans up to date with preseason activities. The preseason match vs. New England Revolution will be the first time the two sides meet on the pitch. In their second match, FC Cincinnati will face a familiar USL foe in the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Cincinnati Soccer Talk learned that Miami FC was on the schedule originally but that match has since been dropped.

The roster turnover this season has brought many new dynamic players into the mix for FC Cincinnati. These preseason matches play a crucial part in roster chemistry. We encourage you to watch the matches for more than flashy goals. Alan Koch will be implementing his vision and formations for 2018 as he pushes players and finalizes his roster.
