[powerpress] Even though FC Cincinnati had the weekend off, there was an absolute ton going on around the club. The biggest event, in our opinion of course, was the Inaugural Cincinnati Soccer Talk FootGolf Classic on Saturday. Thanks to all who braved the weather and came out to support a great cause. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event so stay tuned!

Brad, Yosief, Bill and I recap the exciting events at Reeves Golf Course and 50 West Brewery at the CST FootGolf Classic. Lots of fun was had by all. FCC President Jeff Berding stopped by along with Francisco Narbón, Michael Millay, Jamie Dell and Álvaro Anton Ripoll. Thanks to you were able to raise over $1,100 for Sports Games for Kids! The event couldn’t have happened though without the support of the Joseph Auto Group, Touchstone Marketing and 513 Shirts. Here are some highlights of the event!
When I first launched CST back in the day, I created a list of names of people that were must have guests on our show. Jason Davis was at the TOP of this list. You may recognize Jason previously as the host of such shows as Soccer Morning and The Best Soccer Show. Now he can be heard Monday-Friday on SiriusXM FC’s United States of Soccer. Jason offers up his take on the FC Cincinnati story from the national perspective. We touch on the ongoing story that is MLS expansion and where FC Cincinnati fits into the discussion.
What a massive week for FC Cincinnati. They return home on Wednesday night to take on 6th place Rochester and then hit the road to New York to take on 1st place Red Bulls II on Sunday night. Both teams have taken 3 points from the orange and blue this season. We offer up our predictions as always.
